What is your MOQ, can I get samples before placing an order?

Our standard MOQ is 1 ton (40 bags). Free samples are possible for first-time buyers, allowing you to test product compatibility and performance before bulk purchasing. Please contact us for more details.

What packaging options are available and how long is the lead time?

For EVA and PO hot melt adhesives, packaging is available in 25kg bags or buckets. For PUR hot melt adhesives, we offer 400g or 2kg slots, as well as 20kg drums. For full container shipments, goods are typically ready within 7–10 business days and can be shipped worldwide under various Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).
